We are recruiting a quality controller to fill a new position arising from our expansion.
Missions :
Reporting to the production manager, you will work on presses from 55 to 650 T :
- Preparation, assembly and adjustment of tooling and peripherals (robot, belt, oven, grinder, etc.) before and during production to guarantee quality.
- Preparation and cleaning of peripherals (grinder, ovens, etc.)
- Material and colorant preparation and production launches
- Check conformity of first parts and make any necessary adjustments
- Follow-up of the materials of the productions in progress with a support to the agents of production the tasks and the controls
- Complete and update production monitoring tools
- Analyze process malfunctions and suggest improvements
- Checking the general condition of equipment and machinery and preventive maintenance of tools
Profile:
For this position, you have a diploma in plastics processing and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.

Job description
- Contract of 35H per week over 4 days
