Missions :
Reporting to the Industrial Director, the job's responsibilities are as follows, in liaison with the various internal players, including the current department manager:
- Manage the team by developing versatility to the maximum level;
- Organize teams according to workload and requirements :
- Prepare packing requests ;
- Participate in the organization and timing of shipments in conjunction with the workshops;
- Organize the warehousing logic, in particular by making it evolve in phase with the site's development;
- In conjunction with the Quality department, coordinate the receipt and inspection of raw materials for STIF 1 and 2;
- Organize and manage the day-to-day shipping process (courier);
- Organize flows at site level (intralogistics train, forklift drivers, etc.);
- In liaison with the HSE Manager, ensure that the site's exteriors (excluding green spaces and offices) are kept in good order, including the removal of regular waste and "consumables" (including outdoor pallets).
Profile:
- Bac +3 / 4 degree in logistics
- At least 5 years' recent experience in a similar position in an industrial environment is required.
- You're said to be hands-on, responsive and dynamic, with a real spirit of collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills.
