Missions :

Working in the Sales Administration department and reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include
will be :

  • Handle routine sales inquiries from the assigned customer portfolio:
    • Preparation of quotations
    • Order entry in ERP
    • Processing customer reminders
  • Prepare and process shipments:
    • Order grouping and weight calculation
    • Consultation of carriers
      - Administrative processing of shipments (documents and invoicing)
      The job involves numerous contacts with various internal and external contacts:
      shipping department, workshop managers, purchasing department, customers, carriers...

Profile:

  • Training: in sales administration, international trade.
  • At least 2 to 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in the industrial sector.

Good command of English.
