Missions :
Working in the Sales Administration department and reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include

- Handle routine sales inquiries from the assigned customer portfolio:
- Preparation of quotations
- Order entry in ERP
- Processing customer reminders
- Prepare and process shipments:
- Order grouping and weight calculation
- Consultation of carriers
- Administrative processing of shipments (documents and invoicing)
The job involves numerous contacts with various internal and external contacts:
shipping department, workshop managers, purchasing department, customers, carriers...
Profile:
- Training: in sales administration, international trade.
- At least 2 to 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in the industrial sector.
Good command of English.
