We are recruiting a quality controller to fill a new position arising from our expansion.
Missions :
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the position involves the following tasks, in liaison with the various internal players.
Your main mission will be to guarantee the conformity and quality of our products at every stage of the production chain.
You will have the opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects, where your expertise and attention to detail will be essential. Your main activities will include:
- Carrying out quality controls on supplier and subcontractor products
- Carrying out quality controls on the parts produced
- Drafting and monitoring the application of control instructions for production teams
- Writing detailed reports
- Analysis of non-conformities and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Managing internal and external metrology
You will work closely with our Workshop Managers and the various support departments (Purchasing, Engineering / Methods) to ensure continuous improvement of our production processes. This position will also give you the opportunity to train staff in good quality practices and ensure that our products comply with current standards.
Skills / qualities required :
- We're looking for you if you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Your rigor, your critical sense and your taste for the field are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Clear oral and written communication skills, as well as a good level of English (written and spoken), are also required.
- A good command of office automation tools, particularly Excel, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings will complete your profile.
