CERTIFICATION TESTS :
The Atex certification tests (N ° INERIS 19ATEX0016X) according to the standards EN16447: 2014 and EN 15089: 2009, were carried out by INERIS France, certification body, with the following provisions:
- Piping downstream of check valve :
All tests are performed with a pipe after the non-return valve.
- Damper held open :
Automatic release of valve by explosion pressure.
- flottant" valve:
Simulated flow with flap triggered at the start of the explosion.
- Test vessel equipped with explosion panels.
SOON:
In a few months, our VIGIFLAP certifcat will be extended with the following additional Atex-certified functionalities:
- Push flow
- Vertical position
- Elbows
- Sizes up to diameter 1300mm
- Dust ST3
